How do I book?

Do you require a deposit when booking? 

Yes. A small non refundable deposit is needed to secure your booking. 

Please note that no booking is secure without a deposit! 

Remaining payment is then required 1 week before the party. 

Are deposits refundable? 

No, all deposits are non refundable. 

What happens if our party can't go ahead?  

We do consider unforeseen circumstances and illness. We will work with you to reschedule your booking at a later date if this happens. 

What will happen during the party?

Our performers will arrive to the location on time and start immediately. We provide our own speakers and equipment so you don't need to worry about a thing! Your party is now in the safe hands of our very experienced performers.


All activities will be carried out in the package you've booked. Activities vary from package to package. If you are unsure of what activities will be carried out, please refer to our "packages" section where you can find a full list of activities included in your chosen package. 


Performers may change activities accordingly based on time, number and age of the children. 

I have booked the "Frozen Extravaganza". What do you mean by the outfit change? 

Our performers will arrive in their "Frozen 2" outfits and will then change into their "Frozen 1" outfits half way through the party ready for the sing along. 

We do require a side room for them to change and plug sockets for the snow machine - to create as much magic as possible! 

Do you sing live? 

Yes, all our performers sing live at your event! 

Do you charge for fuel? 

We are based in Newport, South Wales. We do travel further however this may result in a travel charge depending on where you are located.
